March Accountability Group!


Are you wondering how these challenges work and what it's all about? This is a little long, but if you are ready to join or on the fence, here are the details!!! You will be in charge of your diet and exercise program, BUT I will be your PERSONAL COACH who will be offering tips, tools, motivation, and accountability in reaching your health and fitness goals. You will take your measurements, your initial weight and a photo on day 1 and at the end of the challenge. How else will you see your results?? You will NOT have to send me your photos until the end of the challenge, unless you wish to, but they will be required to win most successful!! Zoom Chat will be every Sunday night.This will give everyone from the group an opportunity to connect face to face with the coaches and ask us questions and share concerns. Details about this will come later. The weigh in: To start the challenge you must send your coach a picture of your feet on the scale with your day 1 weight. *** if the scale discourages you, you can send a private message. This challenge is not based on pounds lost, but on success through lifestyle changes.*** You will be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise daily (following the workout calendar from your program.) If we have not discussed the right program for you, PLEASE contact your coach, It is important that you have a program that you enjoy and will get you RESULTS!! ****DUE TO HIGH INTEREST IN THIS CHALLENGE, spots will be LIMITED**** We wil be helping you with your diet along with the nutritional guide that is included in your program. Once a day you will be replacing a meal with Shakeology. Be smart with your food choices, it accounts for 70-80% of your success! The group will be private. You will be responsible for checking in daily to see the daily post or challenge, comment below them that you saw it. Posting in the group should be atleast 4-5X/week with your daily meals, exercises and questions. Remember what you put into the challenge is what you will get out of it. Give 110%, EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE,and ENJOY THE CHALLENGE. The challenge is FREE with the purchase of a challenge pack, program, and/or shakeology. Requirements: Must be willing to commit to a lifestyle change. Must also be willing to step outside your comfort zone! Be willing to make nutritional changes along with adding exercise into your lifestyle. *Must not be working with another coach to join this challenge.*
