Shakeology No Bake Treats

I have made these before but this time they were even better!

I tweaked the recipe to lower the caloric content by swapping the regular peanut butter for pb2

1 cup shakeology (I use chocolate vegan)

1/2 cup honey

1 cup pb2 (or peanut, almond, sunflower seed or soynut butter)

1 cup quick cooking oats

1. Mix shakeology, honey, pb2 and oats together (I end up using my hands towards the end)

2. Roll into balls (between 16 and 24, depending on how big you want them)and flatten each slightly so it takes on the shape of a traditional cookie

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour

4. ENJOY :)

If you make 24 cookies these are 76 calories each. If you make 16 they are 114 each. Awesome way to get your shakeology in for the day if you wont have access to a blender or need something u can bring with you in your bag!
