Breakfast Egg Cups


So I made my own rendition of the breakfast egg cups the other morning when I had a limited amount of ingredients and wanted a healthy breakfast - they were a little bland (because I used all of 3 inredients), but with a little salt and pepper I think they would have been delicious! They smelled amazing!

Ingredients:

7 egg whites

7 eggs

2 bell peppers (finely chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. grease muffin tin

3. chop up bell peppers and onion

4. add bell peppers and onion to muffin tin

5. put eggs in a measuring cup and pour into each muffin tin

6. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
